At JennyOrr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward refund and exchange process.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" at purchase)

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at service@jennyorr.com to initiate your return

  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method (5-10 business days to reflect)

  • Store credit (immediately available)

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of the same item

  • Different colors of the same item

How to Exchange:

  1. Email service@jennyorr.com with your exchange request

  2. We'll provide prepaid return shipping (for US domestic orders)

  3. Once received, we'll ship your replacement item within 3 business days

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@jennyorr.com

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number

  3. We'll arrange for:

    • A free return and replacement (if available)

    • Or a full refund

For quality control purposes, we may request return of the damaged item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International Returns

International customers:

  • Contact us first for return authorization

  • You're responsible for return shipping and any customs fees

  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
